St. Joseph-Ogden High School Incident Report

St. Joseph-Ogden High School offers a variety of options to report an incident. All methods are continually monitored by Gaggle safety professionals, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year long. Non-life-threatening tips will be quickly routed to designated school or district staff members, and in severe situations, district-appointed contacts will be immediately notified to take action. In the most urgent cases in which a student is in immediate danger and Gaggle is unable to notify a district-appointed contact, Gaggle will alert law enforcement to intervene.

An incident may include alleged bullying, harassment, discrimination, injury or cyber related incidents.

For non-life threatening reports we encourage you to use the Incident Report Form so we can collect as much information about the incident as possible. For a possible life-threatening incident please choose whichever option that will allow you to report the incident the quickest. For an immediate threat to students, staff, or the building please call 911.
