Thank you to everyone who wore purple or teal today in support of suicide prevention. Did you know? The CDC says that when teens feel connected to their school and believe that their peers and adults care about them, it can help protect their mental health. So today, be the reason someone feels a little more connected. At the end of the day, stop by the commons to pick up a friendship bracelet kit! Make a bracelet for a friend, family member, or someone you appreciate, and give it to them with a note telling them why you're thankful for them. Let's spread a little kindness and remind each other: you are loved, you are appreciated, you matter, and this is not the end of your story.
