Homecoming tickets will go on sale starting Monday during both lunch hours in the commons. Ticket sales will go on all week. Cost is $10 per ticket.
Students: a reminder that in order to attend the homecoming dance you have to be passing 7 of your 8 classes. Eligibility will be run today for next week's eligibility. If you are academically ineligible, you will not be able to attend the dance next week.
Time to vote for homecoming court! Every student has received a ballot through their students email address this morning. The ballot closes today at 3 pm, winners will be notified directly through email with details on upcoming court duties. See Mr. Kieffer with questions!

Parkland College is hosting their annual college fair on Monday, Sept 14th from 6-8 pm in the parkland gymnasium. This is a great opportunity to meet with over 65 college/university representatives. See poster around the building for QR code.

Attention SJO Students! Illinois Music Honor Society is holding a Teacher Look Alike Contest during next week's homecoming assembly! If you think you and an SJO teacher look alike, talk to them about submitting the form that was emailed to all teachers by Mr. Waterson. You and your teacher-twin will need a walk out song and a coordinated "fit." This form can only be submitted by the participating teacher on your behalf. The winning duo will both receive a Dairy Queen gift card!
Students-when using your school devices, we wanted to remind everyone about all proxy and gaming site usage. We have seen a significant increase in the use of proxies and gaming websites on school devices. Continued access to unapproved sites will not be tolerated. Further violations will result in stricter network filtering and disciplinary action.
