Did you know that every two seconds someone in the US needs blood? We are looking for more blood donors. If you are interested in donating, please see an NHS officer (Abby Getty, Addie Brooks, Nate Farney, Katie Erickson, or Mackenzie Loschen) or Mrs. Beckett in rm 211. You must be 16, passing all classes, and not in a fall/winter sport on the date of donation Friday, November 14th (A day). We are in desperate need of donors!
There will be a meeting in Coach Duval's room (B205) tomorrow morning at 7:45 am for anyone interested in playing boys basketball this year.
Congratulations to the cross country teams! The boys earned a 1st place sectional championship and the girls placed 2nd at sectionals on Saturday. Both teams will race in the IHSA State meet on Sat, Nov 8 at Detweiler Park. The girls start at 9 am and boys at 10 am. Good luck Spartans!
Congratulations to the football team on their playoff win! SJO will play next on Sat, Nov 8 at 2 pm at Roxana High School. Good luck Spartans!
First quarter recognition prizes will be handed out to all active FFA members that made high honor roll and honor roll. Prizes will be handed out on Tuesday (11/04) during both lunches.
