Negative lunch balances are OUT OF CONTROL. Please make every effort to get those cleared up NOW. If your negative lunch balance is more than $10, we will start enforcing the plate lunch only option in the lunch line next week. Please put lunch money on your lunch account BEFORE you go through the line.
Today is the last day to turn in all NHS application materials. All teacher recommendations, student forms, and essays are due to Mrs. Beckett by 3 pm.
Maroon Platoon: the theme for tonight's home boys basketball game is red, white and blue to support the USA Olympic athletes! Be there!

The varsity girls basketball team plays in the regional semi-final game on Monday at Bismarck-Henning-Rossville-Alvin High School at 6 pm. The Spartans will play the winner of the Unity/Westville game. BHRA is using a GoFan digital ticket option, which is $6, and will also offer an $8 cash ticket at the door. Any Senior that is planning on a career in production agriculture can apply for the Betty Ehmen Medrow Scholarship. The application is due on Friday, Feb 20. FFA members can find the application on the SJO FFA Google Classroom. Non-FFA members can contact Mrs. Rein or Mrs. Nekolny for the application.
Yesterday, 18 FFA members competed in the Section 17 State FFA Degree and Proficiency interviews. Congratulations to Trevor Ames, Lydia Huckstadt, Delaney Nekolny, Ethan Sanders and Emma Wells for being recommended to earn their State FFA Degree at this summer's State FFA Convention! Trevor, Lydia and Delaney were also named Section Stars. Great job to the following FFA members who won their individual Proficiency areas: Trevor Ames, Ava Bronowski, Charlie Hale, Lydia Huckstadt, Morgan Huls, Kellyn Irwin, Leigha Larson, Chase Mabry, Henry McCannon, Delaney Nekolny, Alyssa Osterbur, Mitch Riesel, and Korinne Travis!
