This Thursday, SJO Environmental Club is having a meeting at 7:30 am for anyone wanting to join! We will be describing officer positions and what we do for our school and community as a club! If you're interested in helping our mission of creating a cleaner community and Earth, join us in Mrs. Hedlund's room 203 Thursday morning at 7:30 am.
Seniors- two new scholarships available.
1. Larry Williams/Fine Arts Booster Drama scholarship. Deadline is May 1.
2. CCFB Fuel Grants – for students pursuing ag related trades. Deadline is April 20.
Applications are on the table in the guidance office.
This Friday is Laser Tag! Sign up your 6-person team in the commons during lunch all this week. The cost is $30 per team. See any StuCo member with questions.
Students, please remember our expectations for open campus lunch. Please be respectful inside of all local businesses and when you are walking back to school towards the end of your lunch, throw your trash away in a garbage can. Please do not litter on the ground and do not throw your trash on top of any vehicles coming back from DQ, Padano’s, Casey’s, etc. That behavior will not be tolerated. Thank you!
If you are an active FFA member and received honor roll third quarter, you can get a donut on Friday starting at 7:40 am in Mrs. Nekolny’s room. Check the list on Google Classroom to see if this applies to you.
